Anchored in its proprietary full-color ChLCD e-Paper technology, the company delivers productized display solutions, system integration and collaborative ecosystems. IRIS Optronics offers the world's first ultra-wide-gamut full-color e-Paper displays, advanced ChLCD and optoelectronic integration solutions, as well as modular displays capable of large-scale tiling. Its products are applied across smart domains including Transportation & Outdoors, Retail & Living, Art & Education, and Hospital & Healthcare, enabling cities, enterprises, and daily life to adopt “green displays” as a sustainable alternative to traditional paper, creating sustainable value for a better future.

Before its establishment, IRIS Optronics was a technology partner to Fujitsu in Japan. Since acquiring Fujitsu’s patents related to color reflective ChLCD in 2016, IRIS has continuously advanced its R&D and product innovation. The company now holds over 200 proprietary patents worldwide. By integrating renewable energy, IRIS has developed signature products characterized as “Full-Color, Ultra-wide Temperature Operation, and Low Power Consumption.Its full-color ChLCD e-paper module portfolio scales from small to medium sizes under 6 inches up to super-large formats exceeding 100 inches. To provide excellent and prompt technical support, IRIS established its Shanghai subsidiary in 2024 and also maintains sales offices in Taipei, Hsinchu, and Tokyo.
